Same day local delivery when you place your order by noon. We are open and delivering Monday through Saturday.
Online Ordering:
We appreciate your patience while we become accustomed to online orders. The sooner you place your online order, the better. It takes awhile for the order to process and get to us here in the shop. Please give us either your email address or daytime phone number so we can contact you about your order. Click the photo of any item to go to our online shopping cart software.
Delivery Charges:
The delivery charge for Keizer is $5.95. (Zip code: 97303)
The delivery charge for Salem is $7.95. (Zip codes: 97301, 97302, 97304, 97305 and 97308)
The delivery charge for South Salem is $8.95. (Zip code: 97306)
The delivery charge for our Outlying areas is $12.00. (Any area not listed above)
Out-of-town Orders:
Any area not listed above is considered an out-of-town order. For out-of-town orders, there is a delivery charge of $6.00 and a relay charge of $6.00 for a total charge of $12.00 in addition to the cost of the item. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, many items here on our website are not available for online ordering to be delivered out of our local delivery area. Time Requests:
We will do our best to honor time requests on deliveries, however, the following are general guidelines regarding time requests:
• Our most important timed deliveries are funeral services. We guarantee to deliver items to a service or viewing before it begins.
• Business deliveries ordered the day before go out on the first delivery trip.
• Business deliveries ordered the same day go out on the second delivery trip.
• School deliveries go out on the third delivery run, guaranteed to be delivered before the school day has ended. (Please note: We cannot control when the school notifies the recipient regarding the delivery, nor can we deliver to the recipient personally due to school privacy laws.)
• Home deliveries generally go out on the fourth delivery run, after everything else has been delivered.
Special Deliveries:
For a Special Delivery charge, your delivery will be guaranteed within 30 minutes before or after your requested time. The Special Delivery charge is an additional $10.00 above the standard delivery charge. Some Special Deliveries may need to be made by taxi, in which case we would call the taxi company and get a price quote for your delivery charge.
Please note: There are no Special Deliveries available during holiday times. Please call for more information.
